Lots of swimming and eating. Marathon effort to stay awake until bed time to beat the jet-lag. Chris and I went with Mick from CFX and others to check out Home Depot Sports Centre. Met Tony Budding who politely asked us to leave. Awesome venue.

Have fallen off the wagon a little - Nutrition, Sleep and Intensity are a bit crappy of late. Feeling fatigued.

Spent the day at LinFox's Australian Automotive Research Centre (AARC), learning to drive this huge truck, followed by some four wheel driving on various tracks at the facility in the afternoon. Heaps of fun. Just what I needed. Thanks Jess.
