This is it...last day of training. Tomorrow is the first day of Competition.

Took it easy today, mucked around with HSPUs and C2B pullups to warmup

*untimed - It's HOT! absolutely drenched with sweat

*pretty slow. sunday morning struggle. actual WOD is Ground to overhead, could've power snatched.

3:00pm - Duncan Mckinnon Running track with some of the CFMelb crew

1600m 'Indian run'
5 x 100m sprints (walk back recovery)
