3:00pm - Dead lifts at home worked up to 5 x 140 150 x 4,3,4 160 x 1 165 x 1 170 x 1 175 x 1
5:00pm - Schwartz's Handstand Walking practice (30mins - 25m)
then
AMRAP in 20 mins 250m Row 10 Burpees (to ~8ft overhead bar) 10 Ring Dips
