With 44 days to go (from June 1st) before I compete at the 2010 CrossFit Games in the USA, I thought I'd keep an online record of my training program counting down to the games. I'm training at Schwartz's CrossFit Melbourne with my favorite bunch of peoples, under the guidance of Ben Schwartz.

June 2nd - 43 days to go
11am - Swim *50m pool x 10 laps at moderate pace.... I suck at swimming.
4pm - Back Squats 110 x 12 115 x 6, 4 120 x 4 130 x 3
and Bench press in between 8 x 60, 65, 70, 75 6 x 80, 80
then
Pwr Snatch into three Overhead squats x 3 30, 40, 50, 60
Booked my tix yesterday dawg!!
