Ran out of time to do round 3 run, and everything felt a little crappy today.
Had fun none-the-less.

- nipples up (scaps back and down)

Feeling a little fatigued after last few days training, esp. shoulders.

then mucked around with Muscle ups, GHDs and Ring Pushups
