With 44 days to go (from June 1st) before I compete at the 2010 CrossFit Games in the USA, I thought I'd keep an online record of my training program counting down to the games. I'm training at Schwartz's CrossFit Melbourne with my favorite bunch of peoples, under the guidance of Ben Schwartz.

4:00pm - Back Squats worked up to 12 x 110kg 120kg x 7,6,7 (pussied out a little) 130 x 3 140 x 1
5:00pm - Overhead Squats worked up to 15 x 70kg (pb) 75 x 10 80 x 8 85 x 4
