11am - Swim
*50m pool x 10 laps at moderate pace.... I suck at swimming.

4pm - Back Squats
110 x 12
115 x 6, 4
120 x 4
130 x 3

and Bench press in between
8 x 60, 65, 70, 75
6 x 80, 80

then

Pwr Snatch into three Overhead squats x 3
30, 40, 50, 60
