7:00 am - 5km run around Albert Park Lake - moderate pace - 21:15

*inflam. RHS QL/glute

6:00 pm - Squat Clean Barbell Ladder.
One clean on the minute every minute until failure, starting at 70 kg.
Lifted 105kg confidently. Failed 110kg......next time.
